Lots of business owners never check... but you can check for free right now.

Your email DNS records. It is pretty technical, but if your domain is missing certain types of records in your domain host (GoDaddy, NameCheap, etc) then your emails will suffer.

Go to https://mxtoolbox.com/MXLookup.aspx and enter your domain name. If there are issues; get them fixed ASAP! Should be fairly easy for your IT team to add missing DMARC records and fix whatever is broken.
